Calisthenics
Calisthenics is the oldest form of strength training, as it is using one's body weight for loading. At Kinisi Therapy we like to focus on having a stable base before looking to load the body externally.
This class is targeted at all levels. Especially individuals looking to add strength training to their movement practices.
Personal Training
Sometime we need a little more attention than what is provided in a group classes.
Your personal training usual starts with a Functional Range System assessment checking if you have the necessary range, capacity, and intention required to achieve your goals. This may be as simple as weight loss, rehabilitation, pain mitigation.
